MAINTENANCE

Outdated links and content on your site can make you appear disorganized and slow.  We realize that you're busy running a business, so it's not surprising that you simply don't have enough time to constantly update your site.  This is where we can help.

With flexible contract options,  we will make sure that your site gets the attention it needs to provide for your clients and customers.  Whether you need a lot of support or just a little each month, your requests will be met with quick and accurate responses from our knowledgeable staff.

We offer many different plans to meet any company's needs.  There is no obligation to select a specific plan, but contract service includes price discounts and higher priority levels.

All programs allow for the following tasks:

Simple text changes

Updating graphics and photos

Updating a current database

Adding simple pages to your site

Repairing broken links and site functions

All maintenance plans:

Are set up with a username and password that enables you to access our online request system. You will be asked to name and describe your task, upload files pertaining to the task, request a deadline and
any other information that will help us perform the task.

Have access to a list of all tasks requested and notes on each task's status

Are billed in 15-minute increments at a maximum rate of $85/hr

All service plans require a signed contract and automatically receive a discounted hourly rate (based on plan selected) and priority over
non-contracted maintenance work, as well as what is provided with the general maintenance plan stated above.
